Waited a week after ordering and there was no change on the tracker. Contacted to the e company and they claim the parcel was left behind in the warehouse and it has been sat there that long the courier will no longer pick it up. Worst customer service going and a shambles of a company

I nearly wasn't going to purchase...so glad I did!
I nearly wasn't going to purchase from Weekday because of these reviews... but the positive ones swayed me and I paid for express shipping. The package arrived on time and whilst one item was damaged customer service team were prompt to respond and offered options to move forward (refund, discount / free shipping off another order). I am impressed!

The pair of pants I bought (Galaxy Loose Straight Jeans) is In the dusty white colour. they are the perfect colour maybe a little lighter than the picture and the perfect quality. they came 4-5 days after I ordered as expected. Big W.
Extraordinarily slow delivery
Extraordinarily slow delivery. I wouldn't have bought has this been advised. Shame you don't follow the great service of your sister brand H&M which is cheaper.
Edit: made the mistake of ordering again to get the Carry bag. I forgot they mark the item as dispatched then have it sat in their warehouse for days on end waiting for a courier to pick it up. It's the day of expected delivery and still not collected. I will return straight away upon receipt due to the item no longer being needed (ordered on ASOS next day delivery for comparable items). Their "express" shipping is £10 and the same timeframe estimates as standard delivery would be for any other provider.
Useless!
Useless! Put the wrong postcode on my address when I placed an order. Called them as soon as I realised. Told me there was nothing they could do, even though it hadn’t been dispatched. Basically need to just wait until the package gets lost. Complete waste of time. Will never order from them again. Wish I’d seen all the crap reviews first. AVOID!

They did not try to help and it was all a huge waste of time. Online costumer service don't know anything about the products they are selling. In the physical store the employees don't know anything about when they get new items or what items they will receive. Seems like there is no communication across the company whatsoever

Avoid at all costs!!!!!! They said 14 days for a refund I chased three times because I had no notification and they didn’t want to help! After 14 days still nothing and the tracking says the package was returned to them 8 days ago!!!! They finally did a manual refund on 14th day due to my chasing and told me the refund would take up to another 10 WORKING days!!! DISGUSTING!!!! So to be clear if you want to return and you will … it’s up to 30 days to get your money back I REPEAT 30 days ONE MONTH to get your money back

Worst customer service, delivery & return times are terrible. I paid £10 for express delivery, 7 days later still nothing. I expect I will have to wait 2 more days, not much of an express service when I have to wait so long. Customer service equally takes 7 days to respond and completely useless. Returns are even worse, Literally 0 contact and takes about a month to issue a refund after constant chasing. I like the clothes but stay clear of the website its a completely waste of time.

I was surprised to see that when I opened the box the coat kia, which i waited ages to come back in stock did not have any packaging other than the delivery box. The condition looked like a returned item in a state and was sent with no packaging even cheaper companies repackage better.

The product are made in China of cheap fabrics and the prices are too high for it. They don't worth it. Moreover the people working at the shop located in Schulterblatt 26-36 in Hamburg are awful in welcoming clients. I mean change profession. I don't recommend it at all.

Got my refund
First time I contacted them about a return I got no reply but the second time they were very helpful. You might have to contact them a few times to get an answer but other than that, great service!

Thank you for such an amazing support! I ordered before XMAS some items but unfortunately they werent delivered correctly and the weekday had such an amazing support, i got the money back and they also gave me disccount for next shipping.

Great quality and customer service
I've bought my clothes from Weekday for five years. The quality of the clothes are far better than most fast fashion brands - thick fabric that lasts (including t-shirts I've had for that entire five year period). When I've had a problem, customer service has always got back to me within 24 hours and resolved the issue.
Awful customer service and quality
Awful quality item for the high price. Customer service none existent. Returned 13 days ago and contacted 3 times and still haven’t heard anything from them.
